The care instructions were somewhat helpful, but I expected them to be a bit more detailed. A few parts were unclear, especially around washing and storing, so I ended up having to guess a little. Not bad overall, just could’ve been easier to follow.

The lei looked really when it arrived, and it made a nice first impression. That said, it didn’t feel as fresh as I was hoping, and by the next day some of the flowers were already starting to brown. For the price, I expected it to last a bit longer. Still, it was lovely while it looked good.

Checkout froze on me the first time, which was a bit annoying, I guess... but I tried again later and the payment went through fine. So yeah, small hiccup, but it worked out...

Customer service did get back to me, though it took a couple of days. They were actually nice once they responded, so I can’t complain too much, well, I guess I can a little, because I really wish the updates had come faster.
